Grant Shipping Lines & Co( Formerly Known as Grantiz Shipping & Co.), is a shipping and logistics company based in Cebu, Central Philippines. The company engages in Freight, Bulk, forwarding, warehousing, cargo, barge, roro, tugging services and fastcraft services. The company was founded on august 23, 2002 by Alfred George Grant II. The company is the largest shipping operator in the Philippines after the 2GO Group Inc. The company is runned by the Grant Beray Family of Leyte. In 2005 the company started its first fleet of small cargo ships and bulk cargo and barge transport vessels which played route in Letye, Bohol, Negros, Camotes, Mindanao and Manila. The company has subsidaries which includes FastJet Fast Ferries Corporation and Grant Cargo Transport Services Co.

FastJet Ferries is a fastcraft company which is based in Cebu, Central Philippines. The company was founded in 2004, when the founder acquired vessels from the 2GO Group which was then owned by Aboitiz Transport System of the Aboitiz Group. Today the company is the second largest fastcraft operator in the philippines next only to 2GO Travel. GSLI has a 3% stake of Negros Navigation Inc. and the 2GO Group Inc.

Grantiz Fowarder Inc. is a company based in Cebu, engaging  in the business of cargo forwarding and warehousing. The company is a subsidary of Grant Shipping Lines & Co. The company was founded back in 2004 as part of an expansion plan of the Grant Shipping Group and the Pacific Star Shipping Group. In 2015 the company will increase its warehousing and forwarding operations in Mindanao and the Visayas region. Pacifica Warehousing Inc. enegages in the business of storing and distribution of goods and services to retailers, manufacturers and distributors.

Grantiz Containers Inc. is a cargo shipping company based in Manila, Philippines. The company operates 13 cargo vessels that transports cargoes accross the country. It has subsidary that operates cargo transport abraod in Asia, Australia, Middle- East, China, Japan, Korea, Africa, Europe and the South Americas. In 2007 the company sold its defunct company Grantiz & Co., and realign their transport shipping businesses and renamed there company to Grantiz Containers Inc.
